Prohibited Items & Services

To keep HULOFTON safe and lawful, certain items and services may not be listed, sold, bought, traded, or offered. This policy supplements our Terms of Service, Marketplace Rules, Service Provider Rules, and Community Guidelines.

1. Strictly prohibited items

  • Illegal drugs, controlled substances, drug paraphernalia and precursors.
  • Firearms, ammunition, explosives, silencers, NFA-regulated items, ghost-gun kits and 3D-printed firearm components.
  • Stolen property and items with removed or altered serial numbers.
  • Counterfeit, replica or unauthorized-replica goods.
  • Recalled products and unsafe consumer goods.
  • Hazardous materials, radioactive materials, asbestos, and regulated chemicals.
  • Human remains, body parts, and items containing them.
  • Endangered species, protected wildlife and products derived from them (ivory, certain furs, coral, etc.).
  • Live animals, livestock and pets.
  • Adult sexual content, sexual services and sex-trafficking-related items.
  • Tobacco, e-cigarettes, vapes and nicotine products.
  • Alcohol.
  • Prescription medications, prescription medical devices and unapproved supplements.
  • Government IDs, badges, uniforms and law-enforcement equipment.
  • Personal information, account credentials and lists of personal data.
  • Hateful, discriminatory, terrorist or violent-extremist content and merchandise.
  • Gambling services and lottery tickets.
  • Used cosmetics, used undergarments and used medical devices.
  • Event tickets.
  • Cryptocurrency, gift cards and stored-value instruments.
  • Items requiring age verification.
  • Items that infringe intellectual property rights — see DMCA Policy.

2. Strictly prohibited services

  • Any service that requires a license the provider does not hold where the law requires one.
  • Medical procedures, prescribing, or clinical diagnosis by non-licensed persons.
  • Legal advice or representation by non-licensed persons.
  • Financial, tax, or investment advice by non-licensed persons where a license is required.
  • Escort, sexual, or adult-in-person services.
  • Firearms sales, transfers, or unlicensed gunsmithing.
  • Illegal drug manufacture, distribution, or delivery.
  • Any service that facilitates fraud, theft, harassment, stalking, or evasion of law enforcement.

3. Moderation

HULOFTON uses a combination of automated text and AI signals plus human review as moderation support. These systems help detect suspected policy violations but are not a guarantee of prevention. HULOFTON may remove listings, restrict accounts, and reverse featured-placement charges. Repeated or severe violations result in permanent account termination.

4. Reporting

Report a prohibited listing or user via /contact or the report controls on each listing.
