Community Guidelines

HuLofton is a place where independent buyers, sellers and service providers meet. These guidelines exist so it stays a place people want to come back to. They apply everywhere on the Platform — listings, messages, reviews, profiles, and support requests.

1. Be honest

Represent items and services accurately: real photos, correct condition, accurate description, real availability, real prices, real timelines. Do not misrepresent who you are.

2. Be respectful

No harassment, threats, hate speech, sexual harassment, discrimination, doxxing, or targeted abuse. Disagreements happen — handle them like adults.

3. Keep it legal and safe

Do not use HuLofton to offer, buy, or facilitate anything prohibited by our Prohibited Items or Acceptable Use policies, or by applicable law.

4. No spam, scraping, or manipulation

No bulk irrelevant posting, no fake reviews, no rating manipulation, no attempts to route users off-platform to avoid fees or protections, no scraping or automated abuse of the service.

5. Protect other users' privacy

Do not share other people's personal information, private messages, phone numbers, addresses, or images without their consent.

6. If something goes wrong

Use the in-product Report and Block controls; contact /support for anything urgent. See also /appeals if you believe an action against your account was mistaken.
