Appeals

If a listing was removed, a review was hidden, or your account was warned, suspended, or terminated, you may appeal.

How to appeal

1. Open Support and choose "Appeal a moderation decision."
2. Include: your username, the affected item (listing / message / account), and why you believe the decision was wrong.

What to expect

• We aim to acknowledge appeals within 3 business days.
• Egregious violations (fraud, illegal content, safety threats, repeat offenses) are typically not eligible for reinstatement.
• You will receive a written outcome. Where legally required, additional information about the decision will be provided.
