Dispute Resolution

User-to-user disputes

Buyers, sellers, and service providers are responsible for resolving their own disagreements. HuLofton is not a party to the transaction, does not adjudicate consumer disputes, and does not take custody of items or funds outside of clearly documented promotion payments.

We encourage users to try, in order:

  1. Message the other party through HuLofton messaging and try to resolve it directly.
  2. If the payment ran on Stripe, use Stripe's built-in dispute channel or your card issuer.
  3. For possible fraud, illegal conduct, or safety issues, contact HuLofton support so we can take action against accounts or listings that violate our rules.
  4. Where appropriate, use small-claims court, mediation, or another local consumer channel.

Disputes with HuLofton

Disputes with HuLofton itself (for example about platform fees, featured-placement charges, account suspension, or data practices) are governed by the Terms of Service. Reach us first through Support so we can attempt to resolve the issue informally before any formal proceeding.
