Marketplace Rules

1. Who can list

You must be at least 18 and legally allowed to sell or trade the item in your jurisdiction. Business sellers are welcome and are subject to the same rules as individuals.

2. Accurate listings

• Use your own real photos of the actual item you are selling.
• State condition honestly (new, like new, good, fair, for parts). Disclose known defects.
• Set a real price. Bait pricing (posting a price you will not honor) is prohibited.
• Categorize correctly. Do not stuff titles or descriptions with unrelated keywords.

3. Photos

Uploads have EXIF/GPS metadata stripped before publication. Do not post photos containing other people's personal information, minors' identifying information, or content you do not own the rights to.

4. Location

Show approximate city or ZIP, never your exact home address. Meet in public places whenever possible; see Safety.

5. Prohibited items

See Prohibited Items. Regulated items (firearms, controlled substances, medical devices, etc.) are not permitted on HuLofton.

6. Payment, shipping, returns

Sellers set price, shipping, and return policies within any HuLofton-provided defaults. Do not attempt to move a transaction off-platform to avoid fees or buyer/seller protections.

7. Reviews

Reviews must reflect a real transaction. Do not exchange incentives for positive reviews, retaliate for honest reviews, or post fake reviews.

8. Enforcement

Listings and accounts that violate these rules may be edited, hidden, delisted, suspended, or terminated. See Appeals.
