Law Enforcement Requests

HuLofton responds to valid legal process directed to the correct legal entity. We require appropriate legal authority (e.g. subpoena, court order, or search warrant, depending on the data requested and jurisdiction) and we scrutinize requests for specificity and proportionality.

How to submit

Submit requests through Support with "Law Enforcement Request" in the subject. Emergency requests involving imminent risk of death or serious physical injury should clearly state the emergency and a callback contact.

User notice

We aim to give affected users notice of requests for their data unless we are legally prohibited from doing so or notice would create a risk of harm.

Preservation

We honor preservation requests as required by law for a limited period pending valid process.
