Stripe processing

Payments are securely processed by Stripe. Full card numbers and card security codes (CVV) never reach HuLofton servers or database. HuLofton stores only the metadata needed to operate the marketplace: Stripe session / payment intent IDs, amount, currency, status, refund status, and — when useful — card brand and last four digits.

Platform fee

The current owner-configurable platform fee is 5% of the eligible transaction amount, disclosed at the time of the transaction. Any change to this fee will be posted here and disclosed at checkout.

Featured placements

• Featured listing: $4.99 for 7 days. One-time purchase, not a subscription.
• Featured service: $9.99 for 14 days. One-time purchase, not a subscription.
• Time begins when Stripe confirms payment.
• Purchasing a featured placement increases eligible visibility opportunities but does not guarantee impressions, ranking, messages, buyers, sales, revenue or any particular outcome.

Failed payments, chargebacks, duplicates

• Failed or cancelled payments do not activate the promotion.
• Chargebacks or reversals may result in the promotion being deactivated and the account being reviewed.
• Duplicate charges caught by Stripe idempotency are refunded automatically.

Removed listings

If a promoted listing is later removed for a policy violation, remaining featured time is forfeited. See Refund Policy.
