Fees Policy

1. What HULOFTON charges

• Seller marketplace fee — 5% of the item total on completed marketplace checkout orders, retained from the seller's proceeds at payment. Buyers pay no separate HULOFTON fee.
• Featured Listing — $4.99 USD, 7 consecutive days from Stripe payment confirmation.
• Featured Service — $9.99 USD, 14 consecutive days from Stripe payment confirmation.

Creating an account and posting standard listings or services is free. Featured placement improves visibility but does not guarantee views, impressions, ranking, messages, buyers, sales, hires or revenue.

2. What HULOFTON does not charge for

Service bookings are not paid through HULOFTON checkout, so no marketplace fee is taken on service work. Local pickup and other off-platform transactions are not processed by HULOFTON and carry no HULOFTON fee. Stripe Tax and automatic tax calculation are not active.

3. Payment processing

Payments are processed by Stripe using Connect destination charges. Under this model Stripe bills its payment-processing and Connect-related fees to HULOFTON's platform account, not to the seller as a separate deduction; HULOFTON's 5% marketplace fee is a gross fee out of which those Stripe costs are paid, and is not net profit. Stripe's rates vary by account, payment method and agreement and are set by Stripe. When an approved refund is issued, HULOFTON reverses its marketplace fee in proportion to the amount refunded, so the refunded share of the 5% fee is returned to the seller rather than kept by HULOFTON. Stripe's own processing fees on the original payment are not returned by Stripe and are therefore not recoverable by either party.

4. Taxes

Featured-placement prices are shown in USD and are exclusive of any applicable taxes. Sellers are responsible for their own income and sales taxes on their user-to-user transactions.

5. Changes to fees

HULOFTON may change fees. Material changes will be notified through the Platform and take effect prospectively.
