Eligible HuLofton purchases are covered by Buyer Protection. If an item doesn't arrive, arrives broken, or is significantly not as described, you can request a full refund.

How to file a claim

  1. Open the conversation with your seller and request a resolution.
  2. If unresolved in 48 hours, contact our trust team from /contact.
  3. We review evidence and issue a refund decision within 5 business days.

Note: in-person cash transactions and items purchased outside HuLofton checkout are not covered by Buyer Protection.
