Eligible HuLofton purchases are covered by Buyer Protection. If an item doesn't arrive, arrives broken, or is significantly not as described, you can request a full refund.
What's eligible
- Items paid through HuLofton checkout (once payments are live)
- Shipped purchases with a valid tracking number
- Claims opened within 7 days of delivery
How to file a claim
- Open the conversation with your seller and request a resolution.
- If unresolved in 48 hours, contact our trust team from /contact.
- We review evidence and issue a refund decision within 5 business days.
Note: in-person cash transactions and items purchased outside HuLofton checkout are not covered by Buyer Protection.
