HuLofton respects intellectual property rights and responds to notices of alleged infringement that comply with the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and similar laws.
To submit a takedown
Send a written notice through Support with "DMCA" in the subject that includes:
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
- URL(s) of the allegedly infringing content on HuLofton.
- Your contact information (name, email, address, phone).
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorized to act on the rights holder's behalf.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
Counter-notice
If your content was removed and you believe this was a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice with the elements required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(g)(3).
Repeat infringers
Accounts that repeatedly infringe others' rights may be terminated.
