Delete My Account

You can permanently delete your HuLofton account at any time.

How

1. Sign in and open Account → Privacy.
2. Choose Delete my account and confirm.
3. We schedule your account for deletion. Active listings and services are unpublished immediately.

What we delete

• Profile (display name, avatar, bio, phone, city).
• Listings, services, drafts, saved items, and photos you uploaded.
• Message contents you authored, subject to the retention exceptions below.

What we may retain

We may retain a limited set of records where required by law, to prevent fraud or abuse, to resolve disputes, or to enforce our Terms. This typically includes:

• Payment records and Stripe transaction IDs (financial and tax record-keeping).
• Moderation logs (reports, appeals, enforcement actions).
• Aggregated / de-identified analytics.

Reactivation

Deleted accounts cannot be restored. If you want to come back later, please sign up again.
