Refund Policy

Transactions between users

HuLofton is not a party to transactions between users. Refunds, returns, and cancellations for items and services are decided by the seller or provider under the terms disclosed in the listing and applicable law. Buyers should ask for return / cancellation terms before paying.

Platform fees and promotions

$4.99 featured listing (7 days) and $9.99 featured service (14 days) are one-time purchases, not subscriptions, and do not automatically renew.
Featured placement starts when the payment succeeds. If the underlying listing or service is later removed for a policy violation, remaining featured time is forfeited.
Duplicate payments for the same promotion (recorded via Stripe idempotency) are refunded automatically once identified.
Failed payments and cancellations do not activate featured placement.
