Featured Listings Terms

These terms apply to paid promotional placements on HULOFTON and supplement the Terms of Service. Featured placements are currently the only HULOFTON purchases available.

Available promotions

  • Featured Listing — $4.99 USD for 7 consecutive 24-hour days of enhanced visibility on the underlying marketplace listing.
  • Featured Service — $9.99 USD for 14 consecutive 24-hour days of enhanced visibility on the underlying service.

How placement works

  • Promotion duration begins when Stripe confirms payment. Time is not paused when the listing is edited.
  • Placement is one factor in ranking. Ranking also considers relevance, freshness, location, quality signals, and safety signals.
  • Placement does not guarantee views, impressions, ranking, messages, buyers, hires, sales, or revenue.
  • Purchased promotions do not stack; buying a second promotion on the same item extends the end date.
  • Featured content is labeled so viewers can distinguish paid placement from organic results.

Cancellations before payment

Before Stripe confirms a payment, you can cancel the checkout in Stripe at no cost. Once payment is confirmed, the promotion is activated.

After activation

  • Featured placements are one-time purchases, not subscriptions, and do not automatically renew.
  • Duplicate charges for the same promotion caught by Stripe idempotency are refunded automatically.
  • Failed or cancelled payments do not activate the promotion.
  • If the underlying listing is later removed, deleted, expires, or is taken down for a policy violation, or if the account is suspended, remaining featured time is forfeited.
  • Technical failures that HULOFTON confirms prevented the paid placement from running will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis by Support.

Taxes

Prices are shown in USD and are exclusive of any applicable taxes.

Eligibility

The underlying listing or service must comply with the Marketplace Rules and Prohibited Items. Content promoted must be your own.
