Trust is the product. HuLofton uses a combination of automated systems, AI signals, and human review to keep the marketplace safe.

What we do

• AI safety signals on new listings and messages: flags for prohibited items, potential scams, and risky language.
• Report button on every listing, message, and profile.
• Block to stop unwanted contact from a specific user.
• Human review for reports, appeals, and escalated safety signals.
• Enforcement including edits, hiding, delisting, warnings, suspensions, and terminations.

What we can't do

• We do not authenticate items or verify professional credentials for you. See per-listing verification labels for what has been checked.
• We do not physically supervise meetups or service work.
• AI safety signals catch a lot but not everything.

If something is wrong, report it, block the user, and — if urgent — contact local emergency services.
