Refund Policy

See Refund Policy for the current rules covering:

  • Marketplace orders paid through HULOFTON checkout — cancellations, returns, refunds through Stripe, and on-platform disputes.
  • Featured Listing and Featured Service promotion purchases through Stripe.
  • Local pickup, cash, and off-platform user transactions, which HULOFTON does not process and cannot refund.

HULOFTON does not inspect, own, ship, deliver, authenticate, guarantee or warrant user-listed items or services. Refunds on marketplace orders are issued from the original payment; HULOFTON does not operate a platform-funded reimbursement program.
