HULOFTON is operated by Hulofton Robinson II, an individual California sole proprietor doing business as HULOFTON™. HULOFTON respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users to do the same. HULOFTON responds to notices of alleged copyright infringement in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA"), 17 U.S.C. § 512.
1. Submitting a DMCA Notice
If you believe content on HULOFTON infringes your copyright, send a written notice that includes:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
- The URL or other location of the allegedly infringing material on HULOFTON.
- Your name, address, telephone number and email.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner.
2. Designated Agent
HULOFTON's designated DMCA agent contact block is being finalized and is not yet published. In the meantime, submit notices via /contact with "DMCA Notice" in the subject; the message will be routed for review.
3. Counter-Notification
If your content was removed in response to a DMCA notice and you believe the removal was a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification including the statutory elements required under 17 U.S.C. § 512(g).
4. Repeat Infringers
HULOFTON terminates accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers under appropriate circumstances.
5. Misrepresentation
Any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing, or that material was removed by mistake, may be liable for damages under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f).
