Marketplace Safety Policy

HuLofton™ is committed to a safe, trustworthy marketplace. This Marketplace Safety Policy defines prohibited activities and the enforcement actions HuLofton may take to protect users, sellers, buyers, and the platform.

1. Prohibited Activities

The following are strictly prohibited on HuLofton and may result in immediate enforcement action:

  • Fraud, deception, false claims, and misrepresentation.
  • Scams of any kind, including advance-fee, overpayment, phishing, and gift-card scams.
  • Counterfeit, replica, bootleg, or unauthorized branded goods.
  • Stolen goods or property obtained unlawfully.
  • Illegal products, controlled substances, weapons, explosives, and regulated items that violate applicable law.
  • Harassment, bullying, stalking, intimidation, threats, and abusive conduct.
  • Hate speech, discrimination, and content that targets people based on protected characteristics.
  • Intellectual property violations, including copyright, trademark, patent, and trade-secret infringement.
  • Fake listings, duplicate listings, keyword spam, and listing manipulation.
  • Misrepresentation of identity, location, condition, authenticity, or seller status.
  • Money laundering, structuring, and other financial crimes.
  • Payment abuse, including off-platform payment requests, payment splitting to avoid fees, and use of stolen payment instruments.
  • Chargeback abuse and friendly fraud.
  • Circumvention of platform protections, fee evasion, ban evasion, and creation of duplicate or sock-puppet accounts.
  • Sharing or soliciting personal contact information to move transactions off-platform.
  • Posting content that exploits or endangers minors.

2. Account Enforcement

HuLofton may suspend, restrict, investigate, limit, remove content from, freeze features for, withhold payouts from, or terminate accounts at its sole discretion for safety, security, legal compliance, fraud prevention, or policy violations. Enforcement may occur with or without prior notice.

3. Reporting

Report unsafe listings, messages, or users using the flag icon throughout the platform, or contact our trust team at /contact. We review reports promptly and take action where warranted.

4. Cooperation with Law Enforcement

HuLofton cooperates with law enforcement and regulatory authorities in response to valid legal process and where necessary to protect users, the public, or the platform. See our Privacy Policy for details on disclosure.

5. Appeals

If your account or listing has been actioned, you may appeal by contacting /contact. HuLofton's decisions are final.
