California Privacy Notice (CCPA / CPRA)

This California Privacy Notice supplements our Privacy Policy and applies to California residents under the California Consumer Privacy Act ("CCPA"), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act ("CPRA").

1. Categories of Personal Information We Collect

  • Identifiers (name, email, phone, IP address, account ID).
  • Customer records (billing details, payout details).
  • Commercial information (listings, transactions, purchase history).
  • Internet and network activity (device, usage, log data).
  • Geolocation data (approximate and, with permission, precise).
  • Audio, electronic, visual information (uploaded photos, messages).
  • Inferences drawn from the above for personalization and fraud prevention.
  • Sensitive personal information where applicable (government ID for verification, precise location).

2. How We Use and Share Personal Information

See Sections 2–9 of our Privacy Policy. We share personal information with service providers, payment processors, fraud-prevention partners, analytics/advertising providers, law enforcement when required, and in connection with business transfers.

3. Your California Privacy Rights

  • Right to Know — request the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you.
  • Right to Access — receive a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
  • Right to Delete — request deletion of your personal information, subject to legal exceptions.
  • Right to Correct — request correction of inaccurate personal information.
  • Right to Opt Out of sale or sharing of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
  • Right to Limit the use or disclosure of sensitive personal information to purposes necessary to provide the service.
  • Right to Non-Discrimination — we will not deny goods, charge different prices, or provide a different level of service because you exercise any of these rights.

4. How to Submit a Request

You may submit a privacy request by emailing our team via /contact. We will verify your identity using information already in your account and respond within the timeframes required by law (generally 45 days, extendable once for another 45 days where permitted).

5. Authorized Agents

You may use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf. We will require written permission and may verify your identity directly.

6. Do Not Sell or Share / Limit Sensitive PI

To opt out of sale/sharing or to limit the use of sensitive personal information, contact us via /contact. We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals where technically feasible.

7. Retention

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and enforce our agreements. See Section 12 of our Privacy Policy.
